Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (including special orders or personalised products), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and display the refund.
