Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
To start a return, use our returns portal or email us at contact@kimonorie.com. Once your request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Returns are free: we cover return shipping costs via the prepaid label we provide.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (with photos) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned. Final sale items are not refundable unless they are defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. The refund includes the original standard shipping costs and will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved without a visible refund, contact us at contact@kimonorie.com.
